Nicholas & Associates, Inc. and Four Peaks LA, LLC are working in conjunction with our design partners Studio 222 Architects, 20-10 Engineering Group LLC, RTM Engineering Consultants, DESMAN.ParkingSpecialists, Spaceco, Eleni Interiors, Inc. Wingspan Development Group handled the entitlement phase of the project and Marquette Management, Inc. is our property management partner for Buckingham Place.
Buckingham Place Apartments is a 267 unit, 5-story luxury apartment community conveniently located just west of downtown Des Plaines, minutes from the Cumberland Metra Station. The fully appointed property includes a courtyard pool, fitness center, Super Bowl Room, Community Kitchen, Amazon package room, Pet Spa, Bike repair & storage, community recreation areas, and much more.
Currently in the midst of construction, concrete masonry block is wrapping up at the top floor of the complex. Window installation, steel bar joists and roofing are all in progress wrapping around the interior concrete parking structure. Interior fire protection, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing continues throughout the building along with interior metal stud framing. Drywall installation is scheduled to commence in early January, 2018. Brick veneer work to continue into the winter and spring months. Cabinets, flooring and interior finishes are all scheduled to commence in March, 2018.
The first units are set to be ready for occupancy in summer 2018. Final completion is scheduled for Q4 2018.
