​Wingspan Development Group is actively identifying, entitling and developing residential properties with a primary focus on multifamily and attached single family.  Project sizes range from $20MM to $75MM and include a variety of design types; wrap, podium and walk-up.  Leveraging the experience and network of Nicholas & Associates, Inc. as our general contractor partner, we deliver our units to market with the best finish quality and a below market basis. ​​​

Mixed-Use

Wingspan Development Group's mixed-use projects begin with a vision and a story as to how the location, spaces and uses will work together to add value. That thought process drives our site selection, design, and building processes.  We have established relationships with top tier consultants and trade partners whose priority is to deliver an outcome that reflects our focus on quality.

Land ​Development

Wingspan Development Group provides merchant builders the opportunity to buy developed building pads on a bulk purchase or structured takedown basis.  In some circumstances, we will sell raw lots after the necessary entitlements are secured.  This delivery flexibility allows us to cater to a wider segment of the market and maximize our returns.

Commercial

Wingspan Development Group is actively identifying, entitling and developing commercial properties with a primary focus on suburban strip centers and fast casual restaurants.  Typical project sizes range from 4,000 square feet to 50,000 square feet.  Nicholas & Associates, Inc. acts as our general contractor partner, delivering the highest quality of fit and finish to our tenants.
