Rivian Dealership - Northbrook, IL

Proposed Project:  

The proposed work includes demolition of the existing buildings on the site and construction of a one-story, approximately 39,150 sf Rivian Sales, Service, and Distribution Center, along with approximately 156 surface parking spaces used for inventory storage, service vehicles, and visitors.  Site improvements will also include underground stormwater detention facilities. The proposed building design is consistent with the Rivian prototype which includes a combination of glass, precast, solid and woodgrain texture metal panels, and is reflective of current design trends and Rivian’s forward thinking.
