These Terms of Service outline our expectations for use by the Wingspan Development Group online community. Through your interaction with our firm on social media, you agree that you have read, understood, accept, and agree to abide by these expectations of respectfulness. Frequent offenders may have their comments deleted and/or be blocked from company social media sites. Such violations include: 

  1. Information that violates an individual’s right to privacy

  2. Profanity or vulgarity

  3. Jokes made about tragedies

  4. Personal attacks, comments or content that promotes, fosters, or perpetuates discrimination or hostility on the basis of race, creed, color, age, religion, gender, marital status, genetics, political beliefs, status with regard to public assistance, national origin, physical or intellectual disability, or sexual orientation

  5. Spam or links to other sites

  6. Advocacy of illegal or violent activity

  7. The promotion of services, products, businesses, political candidates, organizations, or commercial transactions not affiliated with Wingspan Development Group

  8. Infringement on copyrights or trademarks

  9. Wingspan Development Group or any affiliate’s proprietary information

  10. Personally identifiable medical information

  11. Information that may compromise the safety, security, or proceedings of any person, public system, or any criminal or civil investigation

Wingspan Development Group and any affiliates are not responsible for content posted by others. The comments and opinions expressed by members of the online community are theirs alone and do not reflect the opinions of the firm or its employees.

Information shared with or posted to Wingspan Development Group or its affiliates’ pages by the public is also subject to the terms of service of the host site and may be used by the owners of the host site for its own purposes. Wingspan Development Group’s social media sites are third party sites and the host sites have terms of service and policies that are not governed by the company.
